The monastery gathers Compassionate and Love

The history of Quy Hoi Tinh Nguoi Zen Monastery began with the achievement of a plot of land in Deeral, Cairns in 1998, and the first steps in establishing the Vo Vi organization in Australia. Under the guidance of Master Luong, the land was transferred and organized as Vo Vi International Company Limited and the Vo Vi Charitable Trust (VCT) was established, laying the foundation for the development of the community through the Dharma of Vovi Esoteric Science Buddhism. At the same time, fundraising activities and intellectual property protection were implemented, although there were many difficulties in the process of construction and management.

Through many changes, including the passing of Master Luong Si Hang and Mr. Le Tan Quoc, the leadership and trusteeship roles changed many times, leading to legal disputes over property and management rights. On March 15, 2024, the court clearly defined ownership, affirming that VVI is the sole trustee of the VOVI charity fund, thereby creating clarity and consistency in the management and use of assets.

Quy Hoi Tinh Nguoi Zen Monastery was officially inaugurated in 2014, marking a major turning point in the history of the organization. Despite experiencing challenges and lengthy lawsuits, the spirit of solidarity and loyalty to the principles of the Dharma of Non-Action have helped the organization overcome difficulties, maintaining its mission according to the 10 principles of spreading the value of the Dharma of Vo Vi through the Dharma of Vovi Esoteric Science Buddhism.
